Movie night for the Autistic family
Various AMC theaters across the US are having sensory friendly films. The kids and family a like can get up dance, sing and move around. Lights are lower, sound lower too. Really thinking of our sensitive kids and giving families something more to do.

Theme parks Giving Autistic Children a pass to more fun....
As we traveled this summer I learned from one of my parenting magazines that LEGOLAND took care of its autistic guests. After paying the entrance fee we were directed to the customer service area. There we told them that Hannah was autistic. We were given a pass for the 4 of us (up to six people I believe) , this pass allowed us to bi-pass the ride lines on all the rides within the park. Depending on the height of your child it would mean different rides. As it was hot and busy this was a blessing. Going to a theme park is a great expense and having this perk for me child made the day well worth it.
